PUMA Hoops celebrates the 100th anniversary of the New York Rens, the first Black-owned, all-Black, fully professional basketball team in history, formed in 1923, with its RENS100 Collection of on-court and off-court looks. Named for their home court at the Renaissance Casino and Ballroom in Harlem, The Rens’ innovative, fast-paced playing style led them to a record-setting 88-game win streak in 1933 and shaped the game we know today.
